Conservation film brief

Aim

The aim of these films is to raise the profile of important conservation issues by helping to educate local and international viewers. It will promote a greater understanding of the issues and an appreciation of the work being done to tackle the problems.


Filming brief

To produce:
2-3 minute news bulletins focusing on the key conservation issues.
10 minute film bulletins about the present situation and the prospects for the future.


Potential uses:

News feature for English television, using contacts we already have with UK news broadcasters, such as BBC news, International Television News (ITN), Sky News and production companies such as caseTV.
Short films for educational and promotional purposes, for use both locally and internationally.


Potential effects:

Publicity.

Education.

Fund raising.

Responsible tourism.

We are funding this filming trip ourselves so we are on a very tight budget. Can you offer any help or suggestions with regard to transport and basic accommodation please let us know.
(We also need secure storage space for our filming equipment)

We need at least a week in set up time and research and one to two weeks filming.
In return we will provide a copy of the film we make for you to use as you wish.
